Unexpected Issue
Unfortunately, one reviewer had a negative experience with the company. Deb Mat, a neighbor of the person who used the company's services, was unhappy with the way the cleanup was handled. She felt that the company was not prepared for the cleanup, as they didn't lay tarps or plastic to protect her yard. When she asked them to move the muck from her neighbor's roof, they used a hose to hosed down the area again, knocking over some of her ornaments and flooding the yard. The older man involved was rude and unprofessional, which left Deb upset and feeling that the company did not take her concerns seriously.
