Services
Psychological Assessments
Our comprehensive psychological assessments identify cognitive, emotional and behavioural patterns affecting mental health. Using standardized tools and clinical interviews, we diagnose conditions like anxiety disorders, depression and trauma-related issues. This process informs personalized treatment plans that address specific client needs through evidence-based interventions tailored to individual circumstances.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
CBT addresses negative thought patterns and behaviours contributing to mental health challenges. Our practitioners help clients develop practical coping strategies for anxiety, depression and stress management. This structured approach combines cognitive and behavioural techniques to promote lasting positive changes in thinking and emotional regulation.
EMDR Therapy
EMDR therapy processes traumatic memories using bilateral stimulation techniques. This evidence-based approach effectively treats PTSD, anxiety and depression by reprocessing distressing experiences. Our trained therapists guide clients through structured protocols to reduce emotional distress and promote psychological healing from traumatic events.
Mindfulness Training
Mindfulness programs teach present-moment awareness to improve emotional regulation. Through guided practices and therapeutic exercises, clients learn to manage stress, anxiety and chronic pain. Our approach integrates mindfulness into daily life, fostering resilience and enhancing overall mental well-being through sustained attention and acceptance.
Schema Therapy
Schema therapy addresses deep-rooted emotional patterns affecting relationships and self-perception. Our therapists help clients identify and modify maladaptive schemas developed in childhood. This integrative approach combines cognitive, emotional and behavioural techniques to promote healthier coping strategies and improve long-term psychological functioning.
