At McGregor Surveys, we offer a wide range of services to cater to the diverse needs of our clients. Our services include:
- Land Development: We guide our clients through the entire process of subdividing their land, from contour and feature surveys to creating WAPC applications, conducting field survey work, and lodging necessary documentation to Landgate.
- Commercial Construction: Our licensed surveyors conduct boundary re-establishment surveys, set up grids or survey control, and height datums. Our engineering surveyors then take over to conduct day-to-day engineering set-out. We also provide Net Lettable Area (NLA) or Gross Lettable Area (GLAR) surveys for commercial developments and strata titling surveying services.
- Engineering Surveying: We conduct feature surveys for road design, setting out for Earthworks, Structural Concrete, Structural Mechanical or Piping (SMP) on major projects.
- Mining Projects: We provide licensed surveyors for mining tenement surveys, survey drill holes in the exploration phase, project surveyors in the construction phase, and mining surveyors for the operations phase.
