• CNC Milling: Our CNC Mills are designed for producing high-precision parts from a variety of materials, including steel, brass, aluminium, copper, plastics, teflon, and more. We specialise in quick set-ups and rapid production, with milling capabilities ranging from 4th axis to conventional milling.
• CNC Turning: Our CNC turning services are tailored to your specific needs. We use computer-controlled precision and a variety of tooling options to achieve precise results even with tough materials, such as stainless steel and tool steel, while maintaining extremely tight tolerances and high performance.
• Manual Turning: Our experienced operators are proficient in manual turning to a high degree of quality and accuracy. We have both CNC & manual lathes, making us versatile and capable of handling low volume, high volume, large, and small parts.
• Fabrication & Onsite Maintenance: We offer high-end metal fabrication services, up to and including compliance to AS1554. Our workshop is equipped with saws, guillotine, punch & shears, radial drill, press, and welders of all sizes and types, enabling us to provide cutting, welding, machining, drilling, grinding, pressing, and linishing to form complete site assemblies.
• Precision Surface Grinding, Bending & Folding: We provide precision surface grinding services to achieve a high degree of accuracy and superior finish. Our bending and folding services are carried out with precision and care to ensure the final product meets your specifications.
• Onsite Installation: We offer onsite installation services to ensure your equipment is installed correctly and efficiently, minimising downtime and disruption to your operations.
• Onsite Mechanical Maintenance: Our team of qualified tradespeople can provide onsite mechanical maintenance services to keep your equipment running smoothly and efficiently. From scheduled maintenance to emergency repairs, we've got you covered.
