Poor Communication and Customer Service
Several reviewers have had negative experiences with Over the Wire, a hosting company. Matthew Harris had his account suspended without warning, citing load on the server and insecure code. Despite attempting to contact the company, he was unable to reach anyone and eventually cancelled his hosting service.
