Our Ballarat facility, established in 2001 under current ownership, spans 33,000m with 5,400m of covered workspaces equipped with advanced bridge cranes and computer-controlled steam curing systems. Safety barriers
We manufacture certified safety barriers for roadworks and major events including the Australian Formula 1 Grand Prix. Our J-J Hooks temporary barriers are produced under license to Easi-Set Industries. These modular systems provide reliable protection for construction sites and high-traffic areas while meeting strict safety standards for impact resistance and durability.
Concrete culverts
We supply precast concrete culverts in sizes ranging from 300 x 150 to 4500 x 3000 mm for stormwater management. These structures serve multiple purposes including drainage channels, stock crossings, and pedestrian underpasses. Our culverts are engineered to withstand heavy loads while maintaining structural integrity in various environmental conditions.
Custom pits
We produce made-to-order concrete pits in any size, shape, or configuration. While offering standard sizes with generic block-outs, most pits are customized to client specifications. Our production capabilities allow for precise engineering of access chambers, utility vaults, and specialized containment structures for infrastructure projects.
Structural components
We fabricate structural precast components including bridge parapets, abutments, and sound walls.
