Disappointing Experiences
Some customers have had a terrible time dealing with this company. One reviewer, Miss T, gave them a 1-star rating and called them a "SCAM" after they promised to repair her cooker but only did partial repairs and caused her to lose $1K. Another reviewer, Orly Dar, also gave them a 1-star rating for taking too long to fix their dryer and charging them for freight. These experiences have left a bad taste in the mouths of these customers.

Poor Communication and Booking System
However, one reviewer, Myoudoh Pty Ltd, had a very different experience. They called the company to book an electrician and had a frustrating time dealing with their booking system. They were directed to a call center with an operator who had a strong accent, and they had to deal with multiple rescheduling issues. This led to a very poor experience and a rating of 1-star.
