Customer Satisfaction

Poor Experience
Claire's review revealed a series of issues. She asked for a shellac service at a normal price of $30, but the experience was far from normal. The setup was lacking, making her feel uncomfortable, and the nail polish used was likely expired, causing it to appear bubbly and rough on her nails. When she asked for the polish to be removed, the beautician refused to soak it off and instead chose to buff it off by hand, which was painful and uncomfortable. Claire concluded that she would never return to this salon and would instead pay more at another salon for a better experience.
Exceptional Experience
In contrast, John praised the beautician for being professional and knowledgeable. He had multiple treatments, including IPL hair removal, and rated her 10 out of 10. He also commended her for producing her own skin care products, which worked wonders for his skin condition.
