Erik The Red had a terrible experience, giving only 1 star. His windows were not manufactured in the correct timeframe, and despite requesting they be covered, they were delivered in the rain. The driver was demanding and rude, and even ripped off the plastic coverings Erik had put on the windows. Bob, the owner, was also rude when Erik explained the situation over the phone.
