Our journey began in 1994, founded by Olympic swimmer and Commonwealth Games Gold Medalist, Darren Lange OLY. With his extensive experience and expertise, Darren designed our unique Learn to Swim Programs, focusing on the biomechanics of how the body moves through water. Today, we proudly offer over 2,500 private lessons per week and over 3,000 school lessons per week, making us one of the largest swim programs in South-East Queensland.

Our mission is to provide a safe, supportive, and enjoyable learning environment that encourages individuals to develop a lifelong love for swimming. We strive to empower our students with the skills, confidence, and knowledge necessary to stay safe in and around water.
Our Programs
We offer a comprehensive range of programs tailored to meet the unique needs of our students. From our FREE Water Familiarization classes to our Learn to Swim classes, we cater to students from 3 months of age. Our Squad Programs are designed for swimmers who wish to take their skills to the next level, while our Adult Fitness Programs focus on stroke correction, fitness swimming, and overcoming fear.
Our Facilities
We operate three state-of-the-art pool facilities in Toowoomba, conveniently located at Wilsonton, Centenary Heights, and Central. Our pools are indoor, heated, and specifically designed for teaching and coaching. We utilize an extensive in-water ledge system to provide comfortable depths for our students, ensuring a seamless learning experience.
Our Teachers
Our team of highly trained teachers is dedicated to providing exceptional instruction and guidance. With a minimum 'national standard' Swim Australia and/or Green Licence certification, our teachers undergo rigorous training and regular workshops to ensure they stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methods.
