Despite selecting a delivery time, she couldn't pick up on the set date and sent an email to confirm a new pickup time, but received no response. The next day, she was told to wait an hour for the stock, only to be taken to another warehouse without the stock, where she was offered different-sized boxes instead. When she contacted the head office to report the issue, she was met with no responsibility taken or apology, and the company blamed her instead. Sriya strongly advises against using this company.
