We offer a range of services to suit your fitness needs, including Mums and Bubs Bootcamp, Small Group Personal Training, Personal Training, and Corporate Training. Our Mums and Bubs Bootcamp is specifically designed for new mothers, with maximum 10 participants per class, nannies included, and tailored to your pregnancy or birth recovery stage. Our Bootcamp is a high-intensity but fun outdoor group fitness program, with 10-week challenges to ensure constant workout variety. Our Small Group Personal Training is an affordable way to get personalized workouts in a small group environment, with maximum 5 participants per class. Our Personal Training is a 1-on-1 workout tailored to your individual needs, goals, or injuries. And our Corporate Training is designed to promote a healthy workplace and team wellness, tailored to your company's requirements.

Meet the Team
Our team leader, Lara Creber, is an English ex-pat with a lifelong interest in sport and a love of the Australian outdoors. She's a State-level competition-winning AFL player and award-winning personal trainer with over 15 years of experience. Lara has completed many events, including the Iron Man 70.3 in Cairns, Blackmores Sydney Marathon, and numerous City to Surfs and Tough Mudder. She's passionate about motivating and helping people achieve their personal best fitness levels.
