What time should I arrive for my cruise departure?
Arrive 15 minutes before scheduled departure. For example, 11:45am for the 12pm Discovery Lunch Cruise. Latecomers cannot be accommodated.
Are dietary requirements accommodated?
Yes, we cater to all dietary needs with advance notice. Please specify requirements at booking and minimum two weeks before your cruise.
Can I bring my own food or drinks?
No BYO food or beverages allowed. We offer comprehensive catering packages and a licensed bar with multiple beverage options.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept VISA, MasterCard (1.5% surcharge), American Express (3% surcharge), EFT, and cash. Payright installment options available for bookings over $200.
Are the vessels accessible for mobility-impaired guests?
Most vessels require guests to walk onboard but accommodate wheelchairs once aboard. Bathrooms and viewing areas have limited accessibility. Contact us for specific requirements.
What happens if we don't see whales?
We guarantee whale sightings during migration season. If not spotted, guests receive a free rebooking for another whale watching cruise.
