Quality Fencing Solutions, Delivered on Time, Every Time
Established in the heart of Fremantle since 2013, Bread in Common has carved a niche for itself as a leading player in Western Australia's culinary landscape. Housed in a meticulously restored warehouse that was originally built in 1898, we have managed to preserve the heritage-listed building's original character while incorporating state-of-the-art facilities. Our hand-built wood-fired ovens are the heart and soul of our restaurant, serving as a testament to our unwavering commitment to authenticity and quality.
At Bread in Common, we are proud to offer an unparalleled dining experience that involves breaking bread with friends, family, and loved ones over shared plates, minimal intervention wines, and preservative-free bread. Our menu revolves around the best seasonal and local produce available, and we pride ourselves on our responsible sourcing practices. We work closely with local farmers and fishermen to ensure that our ingredients are ethically produced and environmentally sustainable.

Common Bakery
Adjacent to our restaurant, Common Bakery is a wood-fired bakery that produces preservative-free bread daily. Our bread is made from organic flours, salt, spices, fruit, and undergoes a long fermentation process. Our range of breads includes the classic Common Loaf, Earthy and spicy wholemeal sourdough, Standard Stick, Fruit Loaf, Rye, Mega Loaf, Olive, and more. Our breads are available for sale at our bakery and selected specialty stores around Perth. We also offer wholesale enquiries for those interested in carrying our bread.
Coogee Common
Set amongst vegetable gardens on the grounds of the former Coogee Hotel, established 1894, Coogee Common's culinary philosophy revolves around the experience of fresh, garden-to-plate dining. Across two acres of land, Coogee Common gardeners employ organic processes to tend to the market garden, berry patch, grapevine, orchard, and beehives. With a focus on sustainability, Coogee Common offers a range of jars, jams, pickles, and preserves, made from the gardens. We also offer pick-up options and delivery across Australia.
At Bread in Common, we are passionate about providing an exceptional dining experience that highlights the best of what Western Australia has to offer. We invite you to join us on a culinary journey that celebrates the rich heritage of Fremantle and the fresh, local produce that we are proud to support.
