Poor Experiences
There have been several instances where patients have had a poor experience with this practice. One patient's 100-year-old grandfather was unable to receive his COVID booster jab due to the practice not having sufficient stock, leaving him feeling disappointed and frustrated. Another patient had a terrible experience with Dr Chan, who made a mistake while issuing a COVID certificate, putting the wrong passport number on it, which almost led to the patient being unable to board a plane. The practice manager's attitude, blaming the patient for the mistake, added to the patient's frustration.
Improvement Needed
It appears that the practice has some areas where improvement is needed. The two negative reviews highlighted issues with staff attitude, accountability, and general service. The patient who had their passport number mistake made felt that the practice did not take responsibility for their error and were dismissive of the consequences.
Positive Feedback
There have been several positive reviews, however, where patients have had a great experience with the practice. One patient praised the practice, saying they had a "fantastic experience" with great doctors, thorough and caring. Other patients praised specific doctors, such as Dr Tori, who were described as "lovely", "happy to help", "nice", "polite", and "understanding". One patient has been a loyal patient for 28 years and highly recommends the surgery.
