NERPSA is a pioneering initiative that arose from the recognition faced by Kindergarten committees in the local area. With an emphasis on bolstering the quality of Kindergarten services, NERPSA emerged as a response to the challenges associated with recruiting and managing staff, reporting requirements, and upholding child safety regulations.

Our vision is to foster a nurturing and stimulating educational environment for young children in the northeast region of Victoria. We believe that every child deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential, and we are committed to providing them with the best possible start in life.

Our Services

NERPSA provides a comprehensive range of services to support and empower Kindergarten centers in the region:

• Employment and Human Resources Management: We are responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and managing staff, ensuring continuity and professionalism within our member centers.
• Reporting and Compliance Management: We handle all government reporting requirements, freeing Kindergarten committees from the burden of paperwork and compliance issues.
• Child Safety Framework: Implementing and monitoring child protection procedures to ensure the highest standards of care for young children.
• Support and Advocacy: We provide ongoing guidance, training, and resources to Kindergarten committees and staff.
