Our Story

The Lacey Group journey started with Adam's late father, Peter, back in the 50's. Peter was a champion life-saver on the Gold Coast and, after meeting Adam's Mum and starting a family, became a successful businessman - working with some of the Coast's biggest property icons. This rich history coupled with Adam's own very unique love affair with property and the Gold Coast was the driver for the creation of Lacey Group.

Led by Director, Adam Lacey, the Lacey Group is committed to the long-term responsible growth of the Gold Coast and South East Queensland. Our values are derived from our family history and culture, which drives our passion for creating projects that are sustainable, vibrant, and built with a collaborative approach that involves the best design and construct minds on the Gold Coast. We believe in building lasting relationships with all stakeholders, especially our customers.

Since 2015, Lacey Group has launched several successful projects, including:

• The Jefferson at Palm Beach (launched in 2017) - a boutique building with functional spaces and exceptional rooftop facilities, where people can live and play.
• Southbreak at North Kirra (launched in 2018) - a building that seamlessly blends with the surrounding environment and lifestyle features of the location.
• The Hills, Lavender Hill, Ivy Lane and others (2009 - 2016) - Adam Lacey's first developments that establish our commitment to high-quality living environments.
