In recent years, the shop has been owned by Tim Hewitt, Glen Ward, and Glen's wife Faye. As riders themselves, they understand the needs and wants of fellow cyclists and strive to provide the best possible service to all customers.
Glen Ward, the day-to-day manager of the store, is an elite level mountain bike rider with 20 years of experience in the bicycle industry. His passion for bikes has taken him to compete in various cycling disciplines from XC and road to downhill and Enduro. With Glen's love for going flat out through the forest, the store has developed a strong gravity mountain bike flavour. However, the store still maintains a strong passion for the traditional forms of cycling that helped shape it into what it is today.
