Company Performance and Refunds
Several reviewers have expressed dissatisfaction with the company's handling of refunds and cancellations. In one instance, a sporting event was cancelled due to COVID-19, and the company refused to provide a refund or credit note despite being paid in advance. Similarly, a not-for-profit organisation placed a furniture order worth $40,000 with B Seated Global, but was left $20,000 out of pocket when the company went into administration.
Allegations of Dishonesty
One reviewer has made serious allegations against David Klein, stating that he engaged in dishonest and misleading behaviour by telling them that they had paid their deposit to Festival Hire, despite the invoice being issued on B Seated letterhead. The reviewer has requested a refund, but David Klein has refused.
