Low Voltage Switchboards
Trivantage Manufacturing designs and produces AS/NZS 61439-compliant low voltage switchboards tailored for industrial, commercial, and infrastructure applications. Our in-house SEGURA range offers modular or custom-built solutions with IP66 protection, current ratings up to 6300A, and temperature rise testing. These switchboards feature zinc anneal steel, aluminium, or stainless-steel construction, powder coating options, and pre-wired configurations for quick installation, ensuring reliability in harsh environments.
Kiosk Substations
Our Australian-designed kiosk substations integrate HV switchgear, transformers, and LV switchboards into weatherproof enclosures. Features include IP66 ingress protection, HVAC or natural ventilation, and pre-commissioned cabling for rapid deployment. These turnkey solutions are ideal for urban and remote locations, offering remote control panels, metering systems, and compliance with Australian standards for safety and performance.
Transportable Switchrooms
Trivantages prefabricated transportable switchrooms combine LV/HV electrical systems in durable steel enclosures. Designed for rapid deployment, they include structural steel bases, Colorbond lining, HVAC, fire suppression, and full functional testing before dispatch. These units meet Australian standards and are suitable for temporary or permanent installations in mining, construction, and utility projects nationwide.
