If you're looking for clinical psychology services for adults or children in Adelaide and surrounding areas, you've come to the right place. We understand that making the decision to seek help or engage in therapy can be difficult. It can feel daunting to talk about the issues that are causing you distress. That's why it's essential to find someone who listens to you and whom you feel you can trust. Our approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that training, skill, and experience are important, but so is the willingness to engage with you as a person.

We believe that therapy is for anyone. We all have patterns of thinking, reacting, and behaving that are not in our best interest or which served a purpose in the past but are no longer needed. Equally, we have inner resources and strengths of which we are sometimes not aware. Therapy can help you improve immediate issues and teach you skills for tackling future problems. Most of our therapy is short-term, designed to achieve long-lasting results in the minimum time by using therapies proven to be effective. However, longer-term therapy is also available for those who require it, as are periodic 'mental health booster' sessions.

Services

We offer therapy and assessments to people across the age span, from childhood to late adulthood. Therapy can be conducted with individuals, couples, or family groups. Assessments can include identification of learning disorders, evaluation of intellectual ability, vocational assessment, or diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder. We offer therapy for a broad variety of human issues, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, grief, stress management, work issues, trauma, relationships, and life changes. For more information about the services provided, please visit our Services page. Please note that we do not write legal reports or provide therapy to sexual offenders.
