Founded by Anne and Lawrie Routley, the bakery has grown to include their five children, making it a true family affair. In 2005, Routley's Bakery expanded its reach by acquiring Hi-Lite Cakes, a well-known company with a reputation for excellence. Three years later, in 2007, the bakery acquired Beaumonts Pies, further solidifying its position as a leader in the market. These acquisitions brought together over 130 years of baking expertise, allowing Routley's Bakery to offer an even wider range of high-quality products.
