Our Studio

Power On Pilates is more than just a Pilates studio; it is a place where you can leave your daily worries behind and focus on your personal growth. Our fully air-conditioned/heated studio is equipped with the latest brand new equipment, providing you with a high-intensity, low-impact workout that's tailored to your needs. During the warmer months, you'll be surrounded by wildlife as you enjoy our indoor/outdoor approach, while in the colder months, you'll stay comfortable and cozy indoors. All you need to bring is a towel, a bottle of water, and a positive attitude - we'll take care of the rest.

Our Instructor

Miranda Panton, the founder and instructor at Power On Pilates, is passionate about sharing her love for Pilates with others. With a background in teaching and a deep commitment to her practice, Miranda has created a friendly, calm environment that encourages personal growth and support, rather than comparisons and unhealthy judgement. Miranda's expertise and dedication ensure that every client receives the highest standard of Pilates training, tailored to their individual needs and goals.
