Disappointing Experience with SWT
The reviews for SWT (Sydney Water Tanks) are mixed, with one reviewer having a terrible experience and the other having a positive one.
Lack of After-Sales Support
Drums, who gave the company 1 star, experienced numerous issues with their rainwater tank over the years. Despite the initial good service, they were left feeling abandoned by SWT. The pump failed multiple times, and when they asked for assistance, they were told that the warranty had lapsed. Even when the switchboard failed, SWT was not interested in repairing it, and the customer was forced to purchase a new one. Drums concludes that SWT is only interested in selling products but not in providing after-sales support.
Excellent After-Sales Service
On the other hand, Joseph Schembri, who gave the company 5 stars, had a very different experience. He was impressed with the helpfulness of the staff, particularly Oscar, who helped him with a problem he was having with his side gauge. Joseph found the after-sales service to be excellent, and he highly recommends SWT.
