Who we are

The Mental Health Council of Tasmania (MHCT) is the peak body representing the mental health and wellbeing needs of all Tasmanians. We are a member-based organisation, collaborating with community organisations and individuals to champion positive change. For over 40 years, we've been advocating for better mental health services, supporting prevention efforts, and empowering individuals and communities.

Our Team

At MHCT, we are driven by passionate and experienced professionals, alongside committed volunteers. Led by CEO Connie Digolis, our team works collaboratively to amplify the voices of our members and advocate for meaningful reforms. We are committed to working in partnership with government, communities, and other stakeholders to achieve lasting and sustainable improvements in mental health and wellbeing for all Tasmanians.
