• GROUP LESSONS

Our group lessons follow the FPTA Hot Shots pathway, which has been designed to help children enjoy and have success through the learning process of tennis. Our visual pathway and certificate system mark achievements as children make their way along the FPTA pathway.

• PRIVATE LESSONS

Private lessons are an ideal way to fast-track your tennis journey. The focus in these sessions is on developing a sound technique to implement into tactical play with efficient movement patterns. These sessions will often expose the mental toughness of this sport, and we work together to develop mindsets to carry you through sport and life.

• CARDIO TENNIS

Cardio Tennis is a high-energy fitness class that combines the best features of tennis with cardiovascular exercise, delivering the ultimate full-body workout.

• HAPPY FEET TENNIS

Happy Feet Tennis is a program that introduces children as young as three years old to the basics of tennis, focusing on agility, coordination, and balance.

• HOT SHOTS LEAGUE TOURNAMENT PREPARATION

Our Hot Shots League Tournament Preparation program prepares children for competitive tournament play, focusing on match play, strategy, and mental toughness.

• GLITTER GIRLS TENNIS

Glitter Girls Tennis is a program designed specifically for girls, focusing on developing technical skills, building confidence, and fostering a love for the game.

• DIVERSITY TENNIS

Our Diversity Tennis program caters to individuals with intellectual disabilities, physical disabilities, vision and blindness, hearing loss and deafness, epilepsy, sensory, mental disabilities, social anxieties, depression, cerebral palsy, non-verbal, and other unique needs.

• ELITE SQUADS & FITNESS PROGRAMS
