- Disappointment and Upset
Ted Smith expressed disappointment and upset with his experience at Tewantin Dental Centre. He had a full set of dentures made, but due to an unexplained distortion, he required four extra visits. Additionally, the bottom set of dentures broke in half after 12 months, leading to a four-week wait for repair. His dissatisfaction with the service led him to advise others not to choose this dental practice.
