At Majura Park Childcare Centre, we are dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that caters to the diverse needs and interests of children from 6 weeks to 6 years old. Our Canberra-owned and operated centre is committed to upholding the rights of the child and engaging them in meaningful experiences that promote their desire for learning and spark their curiosity.
Our Mission
Our mission is to provide a high-quality, long-day care program that enriches all who take part in our caring, welcoming, and diverse community. We aim to create a homelike environment that reflects children's diversity, strengths, needs, and interests, and provides experiences that promote their sense of belonging, being, and becoming.
Our Services
We offer a comprehensive range of services designed to meet the needs of children and their families. Our centre is open 50 weeks per year from 7.30am to 5.45pm Monday to Friday, catering for children from 6 weeks to 5 years old. Our inclusions cover all your children's requirements while at the centre, including:
- Healthy and nutritious food cooked fresh daily
- Nappies (Huggies) and formula (S-26 Gold Stages 1 & 2)
- Free extra-curricular activities including art and physical activity skills provided by external educators
- A pre-school program from our qualified Early Childhood Teachers in our pre-school (3-5 yrs) rooms
Our Centre
Our centre is located at the Majura Park Business precinct at the Canberra Airport, and we are currently assessed/rated by the Australian Children's Education and Care Quality Authority (ACECQA) as "Meeting" the National Quality Framework (NQF). We have a range of facilities and resources designed to promote learning and development, including interactive play areas, art and craft stations, and outdoor playgrounds.

Facilities and Staff
