Our Services

Our structural engineering services include engineering design, drafting, and Form 15 certification of houses and homes, including new houses and residential units up to four storeys, as well as house extensions, house raises, and house renovations. We also provide forensic engineering services, including building inspections and reports, and expert witness services for insurance claims and construction disputes. Additionally, we offer educational and industrial services, including structural engineering design and certification for school halls, accessibility upgrades, council depots, and coal mines.

Our Approach

Our graduate engineers and drafters work closely with our RPEQ director, Matt Cornell, to ensure that every project is carefully considered and executed with precision. We think carefully about how our designs will be ordered, built, and assembled, and we prepare drawings that are specific to each project, to scale, and with descriptions that are easy to understand. When we inspect a building, we send two engineers to inspect everything, because two sets of eyes are better than one. Then we prepare reports that explain what we saw, whether it complies, and how to make it work better.
