Kinzett's Sign Shoppe, originally established as The Sign Shoppe in 1983, has come a long way in its 38-year journey. The business was founded by a pioneering female signwriter, Sandie Ashton, and was located in Surfers Paradise. In 1989, the current owners, Denis and Rae, took over the business and changed its name to Kinzett's Sign Shoppe, which is still affectionately known as The Sign Shoppe by many. Shane, who joined the business at the age of 17 during a busy Christmas period, eventually took over as the sole director in 2000 and led the business through its transition into the new millennium. Although Denis has since retired, the business continues to thrive under Shane's leadership, drawing on the knowledge and skills gained from a lifetime in the sign industry.
