Garry Chapman, Director & Principal: With over 20 years of experience in local government and the private sector, Garry Chapman is the principal of Chapman Planning. He has expertise in providing expert planning evidence for Land and Environment Court appeals, preparing and assessing complex development applications, and preparing planning proposals.

Tim Cooper, Senior Town Planner: Tim Cooper has a Bachelor of Planning from Macquarie University and 6 years of experience in the local government and private sectors. He specialises in complex high to medium-density residential developments, childcare centers, and boarding house development.

Jason Lambropoulos, Town Planner: Jason Lambropoulos has a Bachelor of Planning from the University of New South Wales and has worked in the local government and private sectors for several years. He specialises in high to medium-density residential development, childcare centers, and industrial and commercial development.

Zoe Spurway, Student Town Planner: Zoe Spurway is studying a Bachelor of Planning at the University of New South Wales and is undertaking her planning work experience with Chapman Planning. She has gained valuable experience in the NSW planning system, urban design, and the assessment of development applications.
