Balance Therapies is a mobile massage and day spa service based in the picturesque Dandenong Ranges, Victoria. Our journey began in 2001 when our founder, after completing studies in Remedial massage, Myofacial release, Trigger point therapy, Deep tissue massage, Sports therapy, Aromatherapy, and Reflexology at The Melbourne College of Natural Medicine, recognised the need for a mobile massage service. This need was born from her personal experience of finding it difficult to drive home after a relaxing massage, particularly in the cold weather. This realisation led to the creation of Balance Therapies, a service that brings relaxation to your doorstep.

Our mobile massage and day spa treatments are available to your home, office, conference centre, and accommodation throughout the Dandenong Ranges and surrounds. We believe that this service allows our clients to maximise the benefits of their treatment, providing a seamless transition from relaxation to the comfort of their own environment.

In 2011, our dream of creating a space where clients could escape, unwind, and restore their body's balance became a reality with the opening of our day spa premises in Olinda, Mount Dandenong. This beautiful setting, complete with a stunning relaxation lounge and tranquil garden, offers a holistic approach to wellness. Our services range from remedial to relaxation massage, hot stone massage, beauty treatments including waxing, tinting, manicures and pedicures, body treatments, scrubs and wraps, Hydrotherapy Spa, Naturopathy and Yoga.

We offer single, couples, and group bookings, both mobile and at our day spa, making us the perfect choice for hens gatherings, bridal parties, conferences, group weekends away, couples, or simply much-needed time out for you.

Our Services

At Balance Therapies, we offer a range of services designed to help you relax, restore, and rebalance.

• Remedial Massage: Our 60-minute session is priced at $160, while the 90-minute session is priced at $240. This individualised massage incorporates specialised techniques ideal for treating specific muscular problems and injuries.

• Relaxation Massage: Our 60-minute session is priced at $150, while the 90-minute session is priced at $230. This massage increases circulation and assists in relieving tension and stress in the body, making it perfect for the work-weary.

• Aromatherapy Massage: Our 60-minute session is priced at $155, while the 90-minute session is priced at $235. This massage uses natural plant oils to trigger responses from the brain that can induce relaxation, increase energy, reduce stress, and restore overall balance.

• Pregnancy Massage: Our 60-minute session is priced at $160, while the 90-minute session is priced at $240. This wonderful treatment for the mother-to-be can aid in the reduction of swelling, reduce muscle cramps and pain associated with the stress of extra weight bearing in joints and muscles, soothe the nervous system, and aid in relaxation. However, massage is not recommended in the first trimester.

• Aromatic Hot Towel Treatment: Our 60-minute session is priced at $165. This treatment includes a back, neck, and head massage combined with infused hot towels to soothe and release tension, along with an essential oil treat for the hands and feet.

• Couples Massage: Our 60-minute session is priced at $310, while the 90-minute session is priced at $460. This package allows you and your partner to enjoy a 60-minute relaxation or aromatherapy massage at the same time. Be sure to book in advance as two therapists will be required.
