Welcome to the DC Ballet Academy, Perth's premier ballet school for girls and boys. We offer a complete program of ballet classes in Perth for young girls and boys of Western Australia. Our award-winning teacher and choreographer Debbie Craig runs the academy and provides teaching of the highest quality in Ballet. Our choreographic and teaching instructor is an industry professional who works and continues her training with world-class artists within Australia and abroad.

At DC Ballet Academy, we aim to transform young girls and boys of all ages and abilities into talented dancers. Our warm, positive, and friendly vibe that exists within our studio is created because our teacher and dancers are encouraging and supportive of one another. We have a reputation for supplying training and producing performances of the highest quality from our young students.

Our Services

We offer a half-day pre-professional ballet program for dedicated and talented students, in addition to after-school and after-work classes for the general public. Our classes cater to students of all ages, from beginners to pre-professionals, and include beginner, pre-primary, and primary levels. We also offer private classes for advanced/pre-professional dancers several times a week.

Our Class Levels

We offer a range of class levels, including Pre-Primary Ballet, Primary Ballet, Ballet Grades 1-5, Ballet Grade 6, and Majors Ballet. Each class level is designed to provide students with a comprehensive ballet education, with a focus on technical skills, creativity, and performance quality.

Exams and Awards

We offer exams to all students, although they are not compulsory. Our students have received special awards, including the Mark Brinkley OAM Award, which recognizes outstanding achievement in ballet.
