Welcome to our business, where we specialize in creating custom-fit electric water decks for kayaks. Our decks are handcrafted in Melbourne, Australia, with the utmost care and attention to detail. We have over 2,500 patterns, but if we don't have one for your kayak, we will work with you to create a tracing that we can use to make a deck that fits your boat perfectly. Our Services

At our business, we offer a range of services designed to meet the needs of kayakers of all levels. We specialize in creating custom-fit electric water decks that are specifically designed to fit the shape of your coaming. When you order a deck from us, we will need to know the make and model of your kayak, as well as your waist measurement. We will then use this information to create a deck that fits your boat perfectly.

We offer several different types of decks, including whitewater decks and sea kayaking decks. Our whitewater decks are available in either 3mm or 5mm neoprene and come with a 7cm kevlar trim on the edge. These decks are designed to protect the edges of your deck from damage, such as paddle slap, rescues, or rough and tumble in the rapids. Our sea kayaking decks come in a variety of styles and materials, including half-decks, budget decks, standard decks, and mid-kevlar decks.

When you order a deck from us, please let us know what type of cord you prefer. We offer several different options, including ultra-light, extra-light, light, and medium cord. For plastic kayaks, we can also put the medium cord and will add additional rubberization on the inside of the deck.

Measuring for a Custom Deck

Measuring for a custom deck is easy. Simply sit in your kayak and measure around your body, level with the top of the coaming. This will be more than your standing measurement, but don't worry - we won't tell anyone! Be sure to give us your actual measurement and not your vanity measurement. We need the size to be accurate so that your deck fits comfortably.

Materials and Ordering Information

We use only the highest quality materials to create our decks. Our standard deck is made with 3mm neoprene and has a double weave fabric that is abrasion-resistant. This deck keeps its shape and will last for several seasons. Our mid-kevlar deck is also made with 3mm neoprene and has a 5cm or 7cm kevlar trim on the edge. This trim protects the edges of your deck from damage.

When ordering a deck from us, please let us know the make and model of your kayak, your waist measurement, and your preferred type of cord. We will then use this information to create a deck that fits your boat perfectly. Our decks are handcrafted in Melbourne, Australia, and will take up to 4 weeks to create. If you need your deck sooner than that, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Repairs and Maintenance

We stand behind the quality of our decks and are committed to providing our customers with excellent service. If you have any issues with your deck, please let us know, and we will do our best to repair it for you. We also recommend that you care for your deck properly by rinsing it with fresh water after each use and storing it in a cool, dry place.
