Our Location
We are conveniently located on the main street (Shop 1, 2 St. George's Terrace, Perth WA 6000), just right opposite to the Duxton Hotel which is next to the Perth Concert Hall. Whether you are walking by our beautiful Swan River at the Langley Park, touring at St Mary's Cathedral or Elizabeth Quay, or had a great shopping day in town, you can easily visit us by a short walk, catch a Red CAT or any buses passing by St Georges Tce. Street/Wilson parkings are also available. We are ready here for you from 10am to 9pm everyday!
Friendly Reminders
1. Payment - You are welcome to pay cash to avoid 1.5% fee for Visa / Mastercard payments (except eftpos). We don't accept AMEX. Please bring along your health fund membership card & Prana loyalty card if applicable. 15% surcharge applicable to public holidays.
2. Transport - Our centre is easily accessible by public transport and we encourage you to take them. Alternatively, there are plenty of street parking spots on Victoria Avenue/ Hay St, and 3P free parking is available at CCP Pier Street Carpark on weekends. Please reserve time for travelling and parking.
3. Arrive Early - To enjoy the full session, please arrive at least 5-10 mins before your scheduled time for registration and payment. Please wait patiently when you arrive and our staff will attend to you as soon as they finish their sessions.
4. If You Run Late - In case you will be late, please inform us in advance and we will accommodate as best as possible, otherwise your session will released after 10 mins. Please note that if we have arrangements afterwards, we may exercise the right to conclude your massage at the scheduled finish time or reschedule.
5. During The Session - You are welcome to express your concerns anytime (any verbal or physical harassment to our therapists are strictly forbidden). Underpants must be worn at all times. Please keep your voice low during the session and switch off your devices.
6. Late Cancellation Penalties - If you wish to reschedule or cancel, please make sure we have replied to your request by phone, online chat or email. (Appointments cancelled 60 mins prior to your session or no show may incur a 100% cancellation fee of your booked service)
