Pilbara Kimberley Heritage
Our feet are firmly planted in the red dirt of Australia's North West. From humble beginnings, the Corps business has grown alongside the Pilbara region. We have evolved from a small player with a small fleet, to the largest locally based civil construction company in Australia's North West. We keep the environment and community at the forefront of everything we do, creating a circular economy that directly supports our people, our community and our local environment.
As the Pilbara's primary supplier of commercial and recycled bitumen and asphalt, we are proud to pave the way to a better future. We believe in sustainable solutions, using purpose-built facilities to recycle waste products, redirect waste products from landfill, and repurpose them into viable products for use and reuse. Our modern fleet of Volvo trucks and MRWA accredited drivers can cart 1 tonne to 1 million tonnes, keeping your project wheels turning.
Our Services: Asphalt, Civil Construction, Roadworks, Construction Supply, and Cartage
With cutting-edge technology and unequaled people power, we are the 'safe pair of hands' for civil construction and earthworks projects across the Pilbara. As the only vertically integrated roadworks service in Australia's North West, we are always in the driver's seat, delivering NATA certified, quality, efficient, and consistent outcomes. Our purpose-built facilities recycle waste products, reducing landfill and creating sustainable solutions for the Pilbara.
At Corps, we are pioneers of locally based, sustainable solutions. We supply commercial and recycled bitumen and asphalt, civil construction and earthworks, roadworks, construction supply, and cartage services, with NATA certified, quality, efficient, and consistent outcomes. We take unwanted construction and demolition materials and repurpose them into viable products for use and reuse, providing sustainable solutions for the Pilbara.
Our Projects: Bayly Avenue City of Karratha Pilbara
We are proud to have delivered significant projects in the Pilbara, including the Bayly Avenue project for the City of Karratha Pilbara. Bayly Avenue is the only public access roadway to Karratha airport, which required significant improvements. We delivered over 30,000 tonnes of recycled materials, including asphalt and concrete road base, for this project.
Work Experience Review
The overall experience working for the company is described as unorganized with poor communication and direction from management. However, one positive review highlights a great experience with the boss being honest and straight down the line.
Poor Communication and Direction
The reviews from Justin Kirkland and Frank Earnest, both rating the company with one star, highlight the issues with communication and direction from project managers and supervisors. It seems that the company lacks a structured approach, leading to a frustrating work environment.
A Positive Experience
On the other hand, Raws Ledingham's five-star review praises the boss for being honest and straight down the line. This positive experience suggests that not all aspects of the company are negative.
