John Paul Kavanagh, with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, oversees all major construction projects. His expertise and dedication to delivering quality outcomes for every client are invaluable to our success.

Joel Egan, responsible for driving top-line growth within the organisation, focuses on strategy, development, and marketing activities. He is a strong advocate for our open culture and believes in creating a workspace that encourages creativity and collaboration.

Andrew Kavanagh, with a background in Applied Science, joined the construction industry alongside his brother John Paul. Andrew is instrumental in our social justice initiatives and has spent significant time in an Aboriginal community in far northern Western Australia. He manages client relationships within the Healthcare, Aged Care, and Retirement Living sectors.
