Our Facilities

Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with the latest CNC machines, manual machining shops, welding and fabrication facilities, and CAD design/proto-typing capabilities. This allows us to offer a range of services, from production volumes to low-volume "specials" and prototyping. Our comprehensive manual milling and turning department is well-equipped to handle low-volume or one-off jobs.

Our Capabilities

Our CNC milling capability is spread across nine CNC milling centres, offering high-speed 3D milling and rapid fixture location systems. Our CNC turning capability is embodied in nine CNC turning centres, featuring multi-tasking auto bar feed, twin spindle, twin chuck, and robot load/unload capacities. We also offer a range of other services, including welding to AS 2885.2, fine grinding, polishing, and various surface treatments.
