Safety Concerns and Lack of Responsibility
However, some customers raised concerns about safety and the lack of responsibility shown by the company. Aaron observed that the workers did not wear facemasks or maintain distances during lockdown, which made him question their commitment to rules and customer satisfaction. Kudret Bayram experienced a leaking roof and found the company unresponsive to fixing the issue, despite their initial work being substandard. Steven Eglezos had a poor experience with the workmanship and was disappointed with the company's response to the problems, including broken tiles and leaks.
