Product Issues
Solar Venti panels were installed on a home in Eastern Victoria, but numerous issues arose. The panels were installed with large holes in the brickwork and plaster, and none of the three original panels worked when the homeowner moved in. The company replaced the panels with new ones, but they too had issues and were not effective. The homeowner had to pay over $500 to replace the faulty equipment, which still did not work properly.
Inadequate Customer Service
The company's customer service was found to be poor. The homeowner received no response to multiple emails and requests for assistance, including a request for a local agent to visit and fix the issue.
