Disappointing Experience
Mimma Giampietro, who rated the service 1 star, was disappointed with the hesitancy shown by the team regarding the deep one-off Spring clean involving tiles and grout. The team then cancelled the job without offering an alternative time, leaving Mimma's daughter to find another company.

Geoff Wells, on the other hand, was extremely satisfied with the service, giving it a 5-star rating. He praised the team for doing a great job on his semi-urgent powerline trim, and the high-quality mulch delivered was enough to cover his entire large area.
Average Clean-Up and Damages
Jean-Philippe Ral rated the service 4 stars. While the team did a good job removing a big ash tree, the clean-up was only average, and they scratched and marked the new paint in the garage. They also damaged the brand new electric garage door but eventually came back to fix it.
