Reviews
Negative: The practice's rigid cancellation policy and lack of empathy towards patients' circumstances led to negative experiences for both reviewers.

Cancellation Policy Criticisms

Both reviewers expressed frustration with the practice's cancellation policy, which they deemed unfair and greedy. They felt that the practice prioritized profits over patient understanding and empathy.

Unreliable Scheduling

One reviewer, Tia Johnson, mentioned that her son's appointment was cancelled five times over the course of seven appointments, including once on the day of the appointment due to the psychologist's illness. This led to inconvenience and upset for her son.

Lack of Understanding

Both reviewers felt that the practice showed a lack of understanding and empathy towards their circumstances. Justin Jennings, a health professional, explained that his unpredictable work commitments made it difficult to keep appointments, but the practice still charged him a cancellation fee. Tia Johnson was also asked to pay a cancellation fee when she needed to reschedule due to illness.

Telehealth Issues

Tia Johnson's son was forced to have a telehealth appointment, which he disliked, due to the practice's cancellation policy. This added to her frustration with the practice.

Author's Note

It is worth noting that Tia Johnson did receive an apology and had her cancellation fee waived after posting her review, which may indicate that the practice is willing to listen to feedback and make amends.
