Our Difference

• Adult Services: We offer a range of diagnostic hearing tests which are tailored to provide information to doctors, allied health professionals, teachers, employers, and yourself. Whether you are experiencing hearing loss for the first time, or have been living with hearing loss for years, we can help you find the right solution for your needs.
• Hearing Implants: Implants are different from hearing aids in that they do the work of the damaged inner ear and are a good option if you have severe hearing loss. Our audiologists are trained in the latest implant technology, ensuring that you receive the best possible care.
• Custom Earplugs: Custom earplugs are made to fit and protect your ears, and are comfortable and easy to insert and remove. They are a great option for those who are exposed to loud noises on a regular basis, such as musicians or construction workers.
• Hearing Aids: If we determine that hearing aids are required during your hearing assessment, our audiologists will explore your options with you. We offer a wide range of hearing aids to suit your needs, including behind-the-ear, in-the-ear, and completely-in-canal styles.

Government Services

You may be eligible for The Australian Government Hearing Services Program, which provides subsidised or free hearing services if you meet certain criteria. Our staff can assist you in determining if you are eligible for this program and can help you navigate the process.
