In order to keep our community safe, we kindly ask that you make a telehealth appointment online rather than coming directly into the medical centre if you are feeling unwell with fever, cough, runny nose, or other symptoms which could be due to COVID-19. If you have tested positive for COVID-19 or continue to have symptoms after a positive test, are self-isolating, a close contact of someone with COVID-19, in quarantine, or experiencing a severe medical emergency, please call 000 immediately and advise the operator if you're in self-isolation because of COVID-19. We require all patients to wear a mask when attending our centre to protect those at particular risk of COVID-19.
