Employee Conduct Raises Concerns
The first review is a concerning one, with a customer, Rachael Sessions, reporting a disturbing encounter with an employee, Andrew, at Salamander Bay shopping centre. The employee allegedly got in her face and threatened to stab her with a pen, which Rachael found unacceptable. When she contacted the business, they seemed to downplay the issue, suggesting that this is the kind of behaviour they condone.
