Negative Experiences
Ray Burgess OAM's rating drops off a bit when he experiences some issues with the follow-up service. He had to chase up the company multiple times to resolve issues with the installation, which led to some frustration.
Scott Elvidge had a terrible experience with the company. The installation team installed his parents' split system incorrectly, and then failed to show up to repair the issue when promised. This led to further frustration when the technician did show up unannounced and failed to follow through on the promised repairs.
Gilda Potter had an even more horrific experience with the company. She booked a service and was repeatedly let down, with multiple failed appointments and a lack of communication.
