Our Story

Did you know that Different was launched in 2017 to a very positive response? However, as many startups do, it faced its share of challenges and eventually closed its doors. But in late 2023, the company was purchased by a new leadership team who shared the same vision of bringing more to property management. We set about rebuilding the company, implementing a four-level team, an automated escalation process, solid procedures, and an update to the Different app, all aimed at providing genuine transparency to our customers.
