Positive Feedback
The positive feedback highlights the effective representation of the RCA for the interests of its members. Michael Fischer, who has been a member for over 40 years, praised the RCA for its positive representation of his business interests. He commended the organization for its efforts during the challenging times faced by the industry. Info Allegro also gave a 5-star rating, emphasizing the importance of the RCA for those in the hospitality business.
Negative Feedback
On the other hand, Faye Cahill had a negative experience with the RCA. She completed the food safety supervisor certificate course and was initially told that her certificate would be released. However, five months later, she was contacted and informed that she needed to complete another task for her certificate to be released. This delay led her to advise others to avoid the RCA if they need a timely certificate.
