Our team of professionals includes Jack Holgar, who holds a Bachelor of Building Degree from Melbourne University, and Jacek Holgar, a professionally qualified Chartered Master Builder. We are also proud members of The Australian Institute of Building, Master Builders Association of South Australia, and Housing Industry Association.

Vortrak Construction has won multiple awards over the years, including the Building Excellence Awards in 1995, 2004, and 2011. We have also been nominated for the Master Builders Association Building Excellence Awards in 1997 and 2004, and were finalists for the HIA & CGU Professional Builder and Professional Renovator Builder of the Year in 2004.

Services

At Vortrak Construction, we offer a range of services tailored to meet our clients' specific needs and budgets. We provide tenders on proposed design work from external sources, but many of our clients prefer to utilise our Design and Construct service, which provides a single point of contact, professional design, and extensive construction expertise.

Our Design service provides clients with a personal, professionally qualified designer who works one-on-one with you to create a functional, affordable yet attractive design solution specific to your individual project. We then provide all relevant documentation to obtain Council and Building Approval, with the added benefit of a 'Builder' being involved in the Complete Design Process from the beginning, providing a 'more realistic' continuing evaluation of the End Construction Costs / Cost Estimate.

In offering management and coordination throughout construction, Vortrak Construction prides itself on the success of its projects, which is based on a High Level of Quality, attention to detail, and a team of experienced, selected tradespersons and suppliers.
