Professionalism and Workmanship
Several reviewers praised Air-Rite's professionalism, workmanship, and customer service. Cinda Plowman mentioned that Ryan was exceptionally knowledgeable and provided outstanding customer service, professionalism, and knowledge. Andrew G. and Adam Forbes also commended the team for their brilliant job, mentioning positive responsiveness, punctuality, professionalism, and quality workmanship. J. H. and Vikki Walters appreciated the no-fuss service, quality work, and friendly demeanor of the technicians. Only a few reviewers had minor issues, such as a slow follow-up on invoices (Robert Huston) or a lack of response to a repeated issue (Tony Crowley).
Disappointing Experiences
On the other hand, two reviewers experienced disappointing interactions with Air-Rite. Grant Smallacombe was unhappy with the installation process, stating that the team showed no care when fitting air conditioners, resulting in unnecessary damage. Tony Crowley was left feeling abandoned after the company refused to address a recurring issue with his Livezi system, despite being loyal customers for 12 years.
